Day 4!!!!!

Hello!!!!

 Well wow.. today was a rough one mentally. I woke and really didn't WANT to take any supplements.. So I ended up taking them late in the day. For breakfast I had 2 grapefruits. I just didn't WANT protein. BUMP IT! lol.... but then at lunch time my body must have been like '_________ are you crazy? Feed Me!' . So I cooked up some shrimp.. T'was delicious! But that was IT! Im not sure what was going on. It's like I was mentally rebelling. I started thinking about those damn Krispy Kreme Donuts AGAIN. My inner fat girl, Shernet (sure- net), for whatever reason when she see the scale going down she rationalizes '3 donuts today wont hurt as long as we get right back on track'. Even though she knows that we never seem to do this. Those donuts only serve to make things worse. I would spend 7 days trying to rid my body of all the bad stuff IT made me eat. Because I know after 3.. honestly I would be back for a dozen. So I had to bring my fighter out, Getchie (gee chee), and get her to slap that fat heffa back into her place at once! EXHALE... Away to the gym we go! I had such a fab workout. All I am doing is sticking to my competition regimen. I promise you... when I look at my schedule, my mind says '..hmmmm... which ones WONT i do..' LMBO.. such a mess!!! But I did ALL as planned. I despise LUNGES although they are what made me known for my beautiful legs.. I WANT them back!. I felt soooo strong in the gym. I felt accomplished and organized having an outline of what exercises/sets/reps to do. Oh.. it was legs day.. kinda a legs and glutes day. I do high sets and high reps. I also power set those exercises when possible to get 'er done and keep my muscles pushing.
I ended legs with 30 mins on the stair climber! O_o... yeah. Im in my zone again ladies and gents. NO KRISPY KREME DONUTS IN DA HOUSE~Tony Horton.. lol... Hayyyyyyyyyyy ~Shawn T (whom I lovingly call Shawn-Tae!)

Oh as you can see.. i tripped out all day on food... KILL ME.. lol.. look at 'dinner'. O_o



                                                   HMMMM.. Im Kinda looking like a a big boob, big head little person.




Notice how MFP says i am under-eating for today!!! O_o.. IF YOU DONT HAVE THIS APP GET IT!! cant let this happen again! hmmm.. i did manage 97 grams of protein..the average minimum is 70 grams. My carbs were of the scale for me. BUT im thinking that helps me with that legs workout. I may do this on legs day and see what my results are. 
                     Upon further analysis.. i did  honestly forget one exercise... SKATERS... 5 sets of 20. I will do those with tomorrow's.
