Day 2... SEPTEMBER 30, 2012

Hello!!!!!
Yesterday was a success!!! Barely!! Lol.. Had the munchies for some Krispy Creme Donuts. Lol.. But I won!!!
Anyway, it made me remember that a lot of fruit always make me crave sugar!!! So I switched my focus to protein. Therefore today's menu will look quite different from yesterday's.
I didn't workout yesterday because I wanted to focus on my eating every few hours. But today!!!!! I WENT IN!!!!!!! I had a bangin' workout. And my lunch was off the chain!!! I call it. Tilapia salad!!! Lol.. Hunches shoulders...I is good. I used my MCT OIL dressing. I will post the recipe.

This will be My Sunday workout for the Month of October.I enjoyed my food today. i was a little under on my calories..but i had plenty of protein.

Seasoned tilapia with garlic powder/paprika/white pepper/ sea salt... Sliced some fresh jalapeƱos on top and allowed to marinate 15 minutes. Used a tspn of MCT oil in a hot skillet and fried the fish until crispy on both sides. Left the peppers in there. For salad you can see my menus for ingredients.


 MCT OIL DRESSING: 2 tbspns MCT oil 1tspn cayenne pepper 1/2 tspn of sea salt.. Or to taste.. Squeeze of lemon or lime juice 1 1/2 tbspn of vinegar white.. Optional: 1/2tspn of garlic powder and fresh herbs of some kind to change the flavor up. I used rosemary and thyme.

IT'S BEGINS....AGAINNNNNN

Hello!!!! Welcome to ANOTHER DAMN WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY! I'm JAC. About two years ago I began my weighloss journey. All I wanted to do was lose some weight. I was 235 pds as of Dec. 26, 2010. That was the day I decided I'd had enough. ANYWAY...my original Goal was 166 pds...then I decided on 155. I hit my goal July 4, 2011. WHEW HEW!!! Right??? Not!!!! Lol..I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. Strength training became a focus!!! Well I got my body fat down from 45% to now currently 25%. I am ok happy with how I look now. However, I now have a new goal. I want to transform my body..MY TEMPLE .. Into IT'S BEST LOOK POSSIBLE. I want to be very lean with long muscles.  Over a year later I have maintained and become much more lean than before. This new journey will have a very strict protocol. I will share all I do along the way. LEGGO!!!

CURRENT WEIGHT: 155.8
Height: 5'6
Age: changes daily!! LMBO!!
First 2 weeks: raw fruit and veggies measured at 6 ounces a meal with supplements fish oil/ d3/multivitamin/oxy elite pro/ MCT oil/ raw fiber
