END OF FIRST MONTH

Sooo.. i did terrible logging and posting this month. i will do much better next month. Plus. i only lost 6 pounds this month.. O_o. In September I loss 13 sooooo.. i guess. But for the month of November my goal is 10 pounds. I want to see 140 lbs on that scale. My overall goal is 135 lbs. Here are my end of month pics. The before is actually me at 164.. after 148.
I will post my weekly schedule for workouts too. i have it all mapped out by the day! Today i am doing the OFFICIAL ATKINS.. that means no protein shakes or strawberries. I have also reincorporated Jack3d. When i was using it on the regular in September I loss very well.

End of week 1!!!!!

Hello!!!!!! Well the week had its UPS and downs. I have been sooo on point since my donuts episode!!! Lol...today is video weigh-in!!! Nervous.. I had Bison yesterday and with those donuts...who knows. Remember my weigh in was 155.8......So listen to me rant this early morning! lol..

DAY 5... Dem Damn Donuts!

Welp... the donut munchies won.. yesterday I had cream cheese and donuts.. and guess what.. went to the gym and had a lazy workout.. all that works hand in hand.

Anyway.. i jumped on the scale and I am still fine there.. but today is a day of low carbs for real!!!!
Pray for me! lol... i am trying to stay as transparent as possible with this blog. I am not perfect but dangit i will strive to be MORE perfect!


Weigh in is in a few days. I dont want to have a sore as hell body (as I do) for nothing! lol..

Day 4!!!!!

Hello!!!!

 Well wow.. today was a rough one mentally. I woke and really didn't WANT to take any supplements.. So I ended up taking them late in the day. For breakfast I had 2 grapefruits. I just didn't WANT protein. BUMP IT! lol.... but then at lunch time my body must have been like '_________ are you crazy? Feed Me!' . So I cooked up some shrimp.. T'was delicious! But that was IT! Im not sure what was going on. It's like I was mentally rebelling. I started thinking about those damn Krispy Kreme Donuts AGAIN. My inner fat girl, Shernet (sure- net), for whatever reason when she see the scale going down she rationalizes '3 donuts today wont hurt as long as we get right back on track'. Even though she knows that we never seem to do this. Those donuts only serve to make things worse. I would spend 7 days trying to rid my body of all the bad stuff IT made me eat. Because I know after 3.. honestly I would be back for a dozen. So I had to bring my fighter out, Getchie (gee chee), and get her to slap that fat heffa back into her place at once! EXHALE... Away to the gym we go! I had such a fab workout. All I am doing is sticking to my competition regimen. I promise you... when I look at my schedule, my mind says '..hmmmm... which ones WONT i do..' LMBO.. such a mess!!! But I did ALL as planned. I despise LUNGES although they are what made me known for my beautiful legs.. I WANT them back!. I felt soooo strong in the gym. I felt accomplished and organized having an outline of what exercises/sets/reps to do. Oh.. it was legs day.. kinda a legs and glutes day. I do high sets and high reps. I also power set those exercises when possible to get 'er done and keep my muscles pushing.
I ended legs with 30 mins on the stair climber! O_o... yeah. Im in my zone again ladies and gents. NO KRISPY KREME DONUTS IN DA HOUSE~Tony Horton.. lol... Hayyyyyyyyyyy ~Shawn T (whom I lovingly call Shawn-Tae!)

Oh as you can see.. i tripped out all day on food... KILL ME.. lol.. look at 'dinner'. O_o

Notice how MFP says i am under-eating for today!!! O_o.. IF YOU DONT HAVE THIS APP GET IT!! cant let this happen again! hmmm.. i did manage 97 grams of protein..the average minimum is 70 grams. My carbs were of the scale for me. BUT im thinking that helps me with that legs workout. I may do this on legs day and see what my results are. 
                     Upon further analysis.. i did  honestly forget one exercise... SKATERS... 5 sets of 20. I will do those with tomorrow's.

Day 3!!!!!!! #winning

Hey yall!!
today was another successful day. i had a banging workout and ate well.. only thing i had that wasnt intended was Heavy whipping cream.. but I needed some coffee!!!! lol.. i will do that from time to time so whatever!!


I really gotta do better with my water!!!!! i will keep yall posted!

                                      I was supposed to do 150 lunges and 150 squats but i ran out of time O_o.. lol.. for real... :-)

Day 2... SEPTEMBER 30, 2012

Hello!!!!!
Yesterday was a success!!! Barely!! Lol.. Had the munchies for some Krispy Creme Donuts. Lol.. But I won!!!
Anyway, it made me remember that a lot of fruit always make me crave sugar!!! So I switched my focus to protein. Therefore today's menu will look quite different from yesterday's.
I didn't workout yesterday because I wanted to focus on my eating every few hours. But today!!!!! I WENT IN!!!!!!! I had a bangin' workout. And my lunch was off the chain!!! I call it. Tilapia salad!!! Lol.. Hunches shoulders...I is good. I used my MCT OIL dressing. I will post the recipe.

This will be My Sunday workout for the Month of October.I enjoyed my food today. i was a little under on my calories..but i had plenty of protein.

                                                       Havent seen a burn like this in a while!

Seasoned tilapia with garlic powder/paprika/white pepper/ sea salt... Sliced some fresh jalapeƱos on top and allowed to marinate 15 minutes. Used a tspn of MCT oil in a hot skillet and fried the fish until crispy on both sides. Left the peppers in there. For salad you can see my menus for ingredients.


 MCT OIL DRESSING: 2 tbspns MCT oil 1tspn cayenne pepper 1/2 tspn of sea salt.. Or to taste.. Squeeze of lemon or lime juice 1 1/2 tbspn of vinegar white.. Optional: 1/2tspn of garlic powder and fresh herbs of some kind to change the flavor up. I used rosemary and thyme.

IT'S BEGINS....AGAINNNNNN

Hello!!!! Welcome to ANOTHER DAMN WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY! I'm JAC. About two years ago I began my weighloss journey. All I wanted to do was lose some weight. I was 235 pds as of Dec. 26, 2010. That was the day I decided I'd had enough. ANYWAY...my original Goal was 166 pds...then I decided on 155. I hit my goal July 4, 2011. WHEW HEW!!! Right??? Not!!!! Lol..I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. Strength training became a focus!!! Well I got my body fat down from 45% to now currently 25%. I am ok happy with how I look now. However, I now have a new goal. I want to transform my body..MY TEMPLE .. Into IT'S BEST LOOK POSSIBLE. I want to be very lean with long muscles.  Over a year later I have maintained and become much more lean than before. This new journey will have a very strict protocol. I will share all I do along the way. LEGGO!!!
Day 1:
CURRENT WEIGHT: 155.8
Height: 5'6
Age: changes daily!! LMBO!!
First 2 weeks: raw fruit and veggies measured at 6 ounces a meal with supplements fish oil/ d3/multivitamin/oxy elite pro/ MCT oil/ raw fiber
